As our working environment and working relationships have a significant impact on our well-being, as well as impacting on overall organizational performance, it is important that any conflict is managed and resolved effectively.

This training is considered essential for all businesses as it will equip individuals and organizations with the knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to effectively identify, address, and resolve conflicts in a constructive and productive way.
